Imagine this...! You bring your swimsuit, some sandals, and a smile. We're on our way for a lovely stay. Once we arrive, you deepen your breath. You pause and feel peace. You laugh, dance, play some games, practice yoga, learn how to SHYNE, visit the locals, and celebrate Self on the seashore. Just relax, trust, and let go. We've done all the planning for you. We'll enjoy 5 nights in our northern coastal oceanfront luxury digs in Las Terrenas and then 1 night of colonial Dominican culture of the southern city of Santo Domingo. We'll have a super groovy variety of experiences on this retreat. One such highlight we're excited to announce is my mother! Whether you're looking for laughter, meditation, a strong powerful yoga practice for strength and toning, a calm restorative practice to relieve stress and pain -- or all of the above -- your practice will be structured accordingly. Online or at SYS location in Annapolis or Severna Park MD.
1 person: $65 per hour practice (initial consult $75)
2 ppl: $85 per hour practice (initial consult $95)
> 2 ppl: cost to be determined
SYS Open Group Practices
Summer Session 2019 begins June 10th
Annapolis Maritime Museum
Join us for Gentle Flow Yoga! This is a practice that focuses on mindful movement, structural stability, and breathing consciously. Cost is $10. Just show up! Bring a yoga mat and wear comfy clothes. Any questions or concerns? Please reach out.

Julie Blamphin is a Certified Yoga Teacher (2010) and the Founder of Stretch Your Spirit. Her own personal yoga journey began as a gymnast more than 40 years ago at the age of 3 in her mother's school of gymnastics in upstate New York. At the age of 12, she began teaching young Special Olympians -- practicing balance, flexibility, strength, & sensory awareness. This experience was the foundation for her life work. And ever since, Julie has committed her teachings in a myriad of ways & worlds. Currently, she's busy facilitating special events, international retreats, and private yoga practice online and in Annapolis and Severna Park Maryland.
